These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) apply to the use of the “Zalaryx” mobile application (“Application”) provided by Zalaryx (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

Effect of and Changes to the Terms of Use

Nature of the Service

Zalaryx provides informational tools for estimating income, taxes, and related deductions based on publicly available tax rules and simplified models.

The Services are provided for general informational purposes only and do not account for all possible individual circumstances, exemptions, deductions, or legal exceptions that may apply.

No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Zalaryx does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The information and calculations provided by the Application are for informational and educational purposes only.

Use of the Application does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between the User and Zalaryx.

Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, employment, or relocation decisions.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep tax rules and calculations updated, we do not guarantee that any information provided is accurate, complete, or up to date.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided by the Application.

Zalaryx is not responsible for any decisions made based on the Services, including but not limited to employment, tax filings, financial planning, or relocation decisions.

Obligations of Zalaryx

We will act in good faith to provide and maintain the Services and aim to keep them operational and useful. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User Restrictions

Users agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application;
• misuse or attempt to interfere with the Services;
• use the Services for unlawful purposes;
• infringe on intellectual property or rights of others;
• damage or attempt to damage the reputation or functionality of Zalaryx.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, calculations, designs, and materials within the Application are owned by or licensed to Zalaryx and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal use only.

Provision of Service

• The Services shall be available for use on a 24/7 basis except for maintenance, technical, or operational reasons.
• Zalaryx may suspend the Services temporarily in cases of urgent system checks, national emergencies, or other force majeure events.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

ZALARYX DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL OR TAX ADVICE. THE TAX CALCULATIONS PROVIDED ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON SIMPLIFIED MODELS AND PUBLICLY AVAILABLE TAX RULES. THEY ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROFESSIONAL TAX OR LEGAL ADVICE. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED TAX PROFESSIONAL FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZALARYX, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if a User violates these Terms or uses the Services in a harmful or unlawful manner.
